The 12-Week Journey
1
Phase 1 · Week 1
Diagnose
We map your starting point through an intake questionnaire, lifestyle and nutrition review, schedule analysis, training and injury history, goal setting, and a basic movement baseline. When appropriate, you will be asked to seek medical clearance before starting.
2
Phase 2 · Weeks 2 to 4
Build the Operating System
We create a realistic weekly routine that may include three or four workouts, a daily movement target, protein and meal structure, hydration goals, a travel backup plan, a meeting-day workout option, a stress-eating strategy, and sleep rhythm targets.
No extreme dieting. No punishment workouts. No all-or-nothing plan.
3
Phase 3 · Weeks 5 to 8
Strength and Consistency
We build measurable strength and improve body composition through progressive resistance training, conditioning, movement, recovery, mobility, and simplified nutrition tracking. Weekly reviews keep the plan aligned with changing demands.
4
Phase 4 · Weeks 9 to 12
Performance and Sustainability
We convert the program into a long-term lifestyle system. You leave with a strength progression, energy-management strategy, restaurant and travel approach, recovery routine, and a clear 90-day continuation plan.
