About Michael Dameri

30+ Years of Performance. One Practical Philosophy.

I help successful people rebuild the physical discipline, energy, and confidence that often get lost while building a career, company, and demanding life.

The Story

Michael Dameri has spent more than three decades studying, practicing, and coaching physical performance. His path began with competitive athletics and strength training, then expanded into nutrition, metabolism, progressive training, body composition, healthy aging, and performance optimization.

While pursuing his master’s degree, Michael won first place in the heavyweight division at the NPC Collegiate National Championships. He later worked as a sponsored athlete with the Joe Weider Organization and appeared in leading fitness publications, including Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Fitness, and FLEX.

But the work that matters most to Michael is not about the stage. It is about helping busy adults feel strong, capable, and in control again.

From Athletic Performance to Real-Life Performance

Michael built a coaching practice that served clients ranging from competitive athletes to adults seeking sustainable weight loss, better energy, improved strength, and healthy aging.

Over time, he saw the same problem repeatedly. Intelligent, successful people were not failing because they lacked knowledge or ambition. They were following plans that ignored their schedules, stress, travel, responsibilities, injuries, and real relationship with food.

That insight became the foundation of Fit2LeadMD: build a system around the person, not force the person into a generic system.

An Executive's Perspective

Michael also brings decades of executive, operations, and business management experience. He has led teams, managed complex real estate portfolios, improved underperforming operations, and worked in environments where discipline, metrics, accountability, and fast decision-making matter.

That background changes how he coaches. He understands long days, unexpected problems, business travel, responsibility for people and assets, and the mental load that follows leaders home.

THE DIFFERENCE

Michael connects physical performance with the same principles that drive strong businesses: assessment, systems, measurement, accountability, adjustment, and consistent execution.

My Philosophy

I do not coach executives like bodybuilders. I coach them like busy adults with real pressure, real schedules, and real responsibilities.

Bodybuilders train for the stage. Executives train for life: energy, strength, confidence, movement, body composition, resilience, and longevity.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is control, consistency, and a body that supports the life you are building.

What I Believe

The best plan is not the hardest plan. It is the plan you can repeat.

Consistency improves when the system fits the schedule.

Nutrition should be structured, not obsessive.

Strength is one of the most valuable physical assets adults can build and preserve.

Accountability should create clarity, not shame.

Progress is bigger than a scale. Energy, strength, sleep, mobility, confidence, and control matter.

A coach should adjust the plan when life changes, not blame the client.
